৩৮তম বিসিএসের আবেদন ১০ জুলাই থেকে শুরু হয়েছে। এই বিসিএসের মাধ্যমে দুই হাজার ২৪ জন প্রথম শ্রেণির ক্যাডার কর্মকর্তা নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। আগামী ১০ আগস্ট সন্ধ্যা ৬টা পর্যন্ত অনলাইনে চাকরিপ্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (এনআইডি) নম্বর ছাড়া কেউ বিসিএস পরীক্ষায় অংশ নেয়ার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন না। এ সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য সরকারি কর্ম কমিশনের (পিএসসি) ওয়েবসাইট (www.bpsc.gov.bd) থেকে জানা যাবে।

এদিকে ৩৮তম বিসিএস পরীক্ষার অনলাইন আবেদন-সংক্রান্ত সমস্যার সমাধানে হেল্পলাইন এর ব্যবস্থা আছে । পিএসসি কমিশনের কর্মকর্তারা প্রার্থীদের সমস্যার সমাধান দেবেন। টেলিটকের পাঁচটি নম্বরে প্রার্থীরা যে কোনো সমস্যা সম্পর্কে জানতে পারবেন। পুরো প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন পর্যন্ত এই হেল্পলাইন চালু থাকবে।
